We use the best quality regional products in the preparation of our dishes wherever possible. Our young and motivated team is committed to making your visit to our restaurant a wonderful experience. Their well-honed skills and outstanding culinary knowledge form the basis for well-presented, fine cuisine.
You will find the ideal wine to accompany your meal in the wine menu or in the Bacchus vinotheque, our in-house wine merchant. Just ask a member of our restaurant staff or Mr Affentranger or Mr Romanato ; as the house sommelier they are responsible for selecting our wines and will be glad to advise you according to your meal and preferences.
Our strength lies in our ability to respond to your wishes. Indulge yourself and enjoy the skilful tradition of dishes prepared directly at your table. The calf’s liver flambéed at your table or the Chateaubriand are especially popular.
You can choose from a range of portion sizes so you can select the courses that take your fancy.
We offer a wide selection of fish, meat and, of course, vegetarian dishes. Should you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when you book your stay so that we can create a dish to suit your needs.
