Relax on our private beach, play a round of golf in nearby Thun, Interlaken or Saanenmöser (near Gstaad), or have a go at trendy sports such as wakeboarding or beach volleyball… you won’t have to travel far.
We are happy to recommend a mountain walk, whether easy or challenging. The region is criss-crossed with well-marked trails.
The lake offers numerous water sport activities.
On top of that, there are a wide range of cultural activities in the Bernese Oberland. There is a variety of events in Spiez, including intimate open-air performances and concerts on the castle grounds and in the historic chapel, and large festivals in the park on the picturesque bay, not to mention the many highlights of nearby Thun and Interlaken.
Thanks to centuries of tradition, Spiez and the Lake Thun region present countless natural and historical places of interest. A visit to any of the area’s diverse museums is a great way of spending a rainy day. Highly recommended is the Mystery Park in Interlaken, a theme park investigating some of the world’s great unsolved mysteries.
